Review from a parent Denise Smith. “My daughters have had the benefit and pleasure of having Joann as a teacher for 2 years. This will be their third year and they are all looking forward to it. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. My girls have never felt like they should already know something and have always felt they can come to her when they don’t understand something. She tries to come up with different ways of explaining a concept for those that don’t understand the first time. I have appreciated her knowledge and her patience with me as I try to navigate the world of writing alongside my daughters. She has always told me where they need help and does a great job of making them feel successful. We are very, very blessed to have her instructing them!”
